The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent that meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 12 months in (Dubai UAE) and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

Aspart of our Early Career Traineeship you will be involved in:

• Attending trainings and to fully understand the Logistics Operations and the Business. By the end of the training program you shall possess comprehensive knowledge of supply chain logistics operations and reporting.
• Learn and develop a critical understanding of concepts methods procedures and approaches.
• Support the reporting and KPI management initiatives.
• Support in the transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers.
• Gather and analyze information on internal operations.
• Gather and analyze market information on competitor activities as well as service providers (airlines shipping line etc) to maintain the companys competitive edge in products pricing services and systems.
• Support in managing Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Operations Plans.
• Effective communication and coordination of activities within the logistics function and with other functional areas as required.
• Understand broader concepts development of approaches and methods and knowledge management.

• Be a UAE National (Holding a family book)
• Have a bachelor's degree in Logistics management Supply Chain Logistics Business Management
• Graduated from your bachelor's degree within the last 24 months.
• Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
• Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge
• Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions.
