The Early Career Traineeship is designed for recent graduates. Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 12 months in Dubai, UAE, and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills through on-the-job learning and exposure.

As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:

• Attending trainings to fully understand Logistics Operations and the Business. By the end of the program, you shall possess comprehensive knowledge of supply chain logistics operations and reporting.
• Learning and developing a critical understanding of concepts, methods, procedures, and approaches.
• Supporting reporting and KPI management initiatives.
• Supporting transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and external customers/suppliers.
• Gathering and analyzing information on internal operations.
• Gathering and analyzing market information on competitor activities and service providers (airlines, shipping lines, etc.) to maintain the company's competitive edge in products, pricing, services, and systems.
• Supporting in managing logistics costs to meet budgets and operational plans.
• Effective communication and coordination within the logistics function and with other departments as needed.
• Understanding broader concepts, development of approaches and methods, and knowledge management.
