A reputable organization in Dubai seeks an Executive Assistant to support the CEO efficiently. This dynamic role requires a proactive individual with extensive experience, adept at managing diverse responsibilities such as diary management, minute-taking, and VIP protocol. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, advanced MS Office skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of professionalism.
A reputable, well known organisation in Dubai is looking for an EA to support their CEO on a 1:1 basis. Responsibilities will include:
Managing a busy diary, including meeting arrangements, travel itineraries and preparing any meeting agendas
Attending meetings with the CEO to take minutes
Management of highly confidential documents
Meeting and greeting VIP’s and understanding protocol of dealing with such senior people
Creating high level power point presentations and excel reports
Liaising with all the CEO’s direct reports to ensure the management are aware of business developments
Manage and maintain all office systems for filing and correspondence
Be a gate keeper for the CEO
This is a very busy role and flexibility with working hours is required. Candidates must be enthusiastic, energetic, creative, focussed and always one step ahead to ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s day. You must have a mature personality, use your initiative, be pro-active and hard working. You must be a problem solver and willing to go the extra mile.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in each company as job hoppers will not be accepted.
You must be highly presentable as you will be the image of the CEO’s office.
You should have sound business acumen to ensure you can liaise with all senior management easily and quickly earn the respect of fellow employees.
You will have experience dealing with VIP’s and have a clear understanding of the protocol required to work in such an environment
Candidates with recognised degrees will be given preference.
Advanced MS Office skills are required
