About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our digital commerce strategy across the MENAT region, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The role will be responsible for driving online sales performance, managing partnerships with leading e-retailers and marketplaces, and building our direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms. This position requires a strong balance of strategic leadership, operational execution.

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s regional e-commerce strategy in line with MENAT growth objectives.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and implement the company’s regional e-commerce strategy in line with MENAT growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for market penetration and channel expansion in mainly Saudi Arabia, UAE, and other MENAT markets.
  • Lead the D2C channel development and optimize existing marketplace presence (Amazon, Noon, Ninja, Nahdi, Dawa, Aster, Life Online, etc.).
Commercial Management
  • Manage the P&L for e-commerce channels; set sales targets and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, trade terms, and JBP with key e-retailers and distributors.
  • Define and monitor pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
Operations & Execution
  • Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations including listing, content management, fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for healthcare products across MENAT e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with supply chain to optimize inventory management and on-time delivery.
Digital Marketing & Consumer Engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create performance marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversion.
  • Enhance digital shelf visibility through SEO/SEM, paid ads, and content optimization.
  • Leverage consumer insights and analytics to personalize engagement and improve retention.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless e-commerce execution.
  • Train and build e-commerce capabilities within the regional commercial team.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on KPIs, ROI, and market performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, or OTC pharma.
  • Proven track record of growing online sales in Saudi Arabia and UAE.
  • Strong commercial understanding specially in the Ecommerce market.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing cross-border e-commerce operations is an advantage.
