The MAPYR team is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry, with a strong focus on Amazon Seller Central including order processing, and performance monitoring. Expertise in managing the listing and content optimization, as well as advanced skills in MS Excel, are essential. Experience managing a Shopify website is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Amazon Account Management: Optimize and manage our Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts, including inventory management, order processing, performance monitoring, and policy compliance, to drive optimal sales, operational efficiency, and overall account health.
- Listing & Content Optimization: Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images, to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
- AMS and Performance marketing: Create and optimize AMS and performance marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize tools to analyze e-commerce metrics, sales performance, and market trends. Use MS Excel to generate insightful reports that guide strategy and improve performance.
- Attention to Details: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of account management, from product listings to inventory levels, to minimize errors and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to align initiatives and drive e-commerce growth.
- Website Management: Manage and optimize our Shopify website, manage the workflow ensuring a seamless customer experience and operations.

Skills
- Degree in marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong emphasis on Amazon platform.
- Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office.
- Proven experience of working with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly in product listings, AMS and online store management.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using tools to analyze data and e-commerce metrics.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
