RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Edit short-form UGC ads and long-form VSLs
  • Collaborate with a video editing team led by a Creative Strategist, with ongoing feedback to level up fast.
  • Your work is judged by sales performance. We will spend 1 Million $ a month on your ads, and stronger results unlock bigger bonuses.
  • Use ad account data to make data-driven iterations: new hooks, new angles, and new video variations.
  • Study winning sales videos across industries to spot patterns and apply them to your edits.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1+ years of experience editing direct response video ads
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Perfect English proficiency (both written and spoken)
