Job summary

A leading technology consulting firm in Ajman is seeking a Dynamics & Power Platform Consultant with at least 15 years of experience in CRM and Power Platform projects. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules and the ability to design end-to-end business processes. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred. Experience in the utility sector and completed full life cycle projects across GCC countries is required. This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales Customer Service Contact Center Customer Insights).

Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate Power Pages Copilot Studio Dataverse).

Ability to design endtoend business processes and map them to system capabilities.

Experience in utility/energy sector (preferably water & electricity) & atleast 2 full life cycle projects across GCC countries.

Proficiency in Arabic (shall be preferred).
