The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent English proficiency is essential for effective communication in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of guest contact 24 hours.
• Monitor all night arrivals ensuring all requests are carried out smoothly.
• Deal with VIP room inspections, arrivals, and departures.
• Complete the night audit in line with standards and procedures.
• Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as required.

Job description

• Monitor all night arrivals ensuring all requests are carried out smoothly. Ensure all reservations are honoured or dealt with as quickly and smoothly as possible. Deal with VIP room inspections/arrivals/departures.
• Ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.
• Complete the night audit in line with the standards and procedures of the resort for night manager.
• Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as required.
• Ensure all Team Members are up to date with current facts of the hotel products and services including room types rates relatives and facilities food and beverage outlets spa and health club.
