Job summary

A global recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a hybrid role based in Dubai, UAE. You will take charge of the end-to-end recruiting process, including candidate selection and interview scheduling, while supporting both candidates and hiring managers throughout. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE and familiarity with local employment law. Strong English and Arabic communication skills are essential. This is a one-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• 5 years of end-to-end Recruitment experience.
• Proven experience recruiting in UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
