The role involves identifying locations, liaising with developers, overseeing branch development, and analyzing market performance. Candidates must be fluent in English, with Arabic preferred. Willingness to travel is necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in launching restaurants or cafés in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate and F&B sector, especially in high-footfall areas.
• Solid financial acumen in restaurant operations and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally across the GCC.

Responsibilities
