Apt Resources is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Dubai Company Formation Assistant to support our clients in navigating the complexities of business setup in Dubai mainland and the freezones. This role is essential in providing guidance and assistance to entrepreneurs and businesses looking to establish their presence in the fast-growing UAE market.

As a Dubai Company Formation Assistant, you will aid clients through the entire company formation process, from selecting the appropriate business structure to completing the necessary documentation and compliance requirements. Your expertise will help clients make informed decisions while ensuring their experience is smooth and efficient.

The role will also involve managing the office reception.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in understanding the requirements for company formation in Dubai.
  • Guide clients through the selection of the appropriate business structure (LLC, Free Zone, etc.).
  • Prepare and review documentation required for business registration and licensing.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and third-party providers to facilitate the formation process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client information and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Keep updated on changes in laws and regulations related to company formation in Dubai.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in company formation, business consultancy, or a similar role in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE business laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant business software.
