Job summary

A leading banking institution in Dubai is seeking an Operations and Service Manager to manage branch operations and service delivery while ensuring compliance with banking policies. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of banking experience, strong knowledge of banking regulations, and excellent customer service skills. This role requires active management of staff and enhancing customer experience through effective coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of all the Regulations issued by Central Bank of UAE.
  • Knowledge of branch operations and back office functions.
  • Self-starter with excellent time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage branch cash as per cash holding limit.
  • Conduct surprise check of Branch Vault cash monthly.
  • Monitor branch service standards for customer satisfaction.

Skills

Knowledge of products and services offered by ADIB

Computer skills

Education

4-5 years of banking experience or retail sales experience
