A leading hospitality firm in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Community & Business Development Manager to manage and grow their business community. The role involves member engagement, event coordination, and business development to enhance client relationships and generate revenue. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in community management, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Arabic-speaking candidates will have an advantage.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in community management, client relations, account management, sales support, or business development.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and independent operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for business community members and onboard new members.
• Plan and support community activities like networking events and workshops.
• Support the sales process by qualifying leads and managing follow-ups.
• Identify potential partners and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Track member interactions and provide updates on community health.
