DTC Operations Specialist IMEA (m / f / d)

Your seat to fill :

  • Monitor and optimize operational processes within the Cybex e-Commerce shop
  • Measure, analyze, and improve outbound performance at the 3PL partner
  • Coordinate tasks and support the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Customer Service team
  • Track and assess operational costs to positively influence the D2C P&L, ensuring a sustainable and profitable business.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and documentation of operational processes
  • Measure and enhance return performance at the 3PL
  • Create, maintain, and further develop reports, delivering accurate KPIs to support effective SLA management.
  • Support various cross-functional projects as needed

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • Relevant customer service experience, preferably in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce Core).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
