Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems expected.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills necessary.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure is essential.
  • Preferably hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage all project documents in both hard and soft copies.
  • Ensure proper numbering, storage, and retrieval of documents.
  • Track and manage versions and revisions of documents.
  • Liaise with team members to ensure proper document flow.
  • Ensure compliance with formatting requirements.

We are currently seeking a Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity of project documentation in accordance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage all documents for projects and departments in both hard and soft copies.
  • Ensure documents are appropriately numbered, stored, and easily retrievable.
  • Track and manage document versions and revisions.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing document transmittals.
  • Liaise with engineers, project managers, and other departments to ensure proper document flow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of documents.
  • Ensure documents comply with company and project formatting requirements.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
