Responsibilities include coordinating resources, monitoring client approval processes, and ensuring compliance with Document Management methodologies. Support in analyzing, organizing, and managing Document Management processes and activities, controlling and monitoring related tasks, thus assuring Corporate Methodology and Procedures maintenance and compliance across the group.
Provide coordination and monitoring of resources (Document Controllers and Document Service Assistants) involved in the Project about Project Documentation Management activities.
Interface with Document Controllers Function Representatives and other Document Service Assistants involved in the project about Document Management matters.
Ensure knowledge transfer and preservation of Document Management matters across the group.
