Responsibilities
- Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate high-impact, cross-functional projects aligned with the CEO’s strategic vision.
- Drive collaboration across departments to ensure delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and deliverables with key stakeholders.
- Set up governance models and tracking mechanisms to ensure accountability and visibility.
- Identify risks and dependencies early and work proactively to address them.
- Keep oversight on project budgets, resource planning for major enterprise initiatives.
- Promote a culture of ownership, urgency, and performance excellence across project teams.
- Support change management efforts to align teams with new strategic directions.
- Business Analysis & Performance Monitoring
- Analyze and monitor business performance across verticals; develop insights and strategic recommendations.
- Create executive dashboards, insights and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify operational gaps and propose solutions to improve efficiency and results.
- Support with due diligence and business case development exercises as required.
- Track project progress against strategic KPIs and identify opportunities for growth or optimization.
- Strategic Support to the CEO
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders as required ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
- Drive agenda alignment, and ensure delivery on action items from key stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, board decks, CEO presentations, briefing documents as directed.
- Support as required on any company wide initiatives or operational support as directed by CEO.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, Executive Committee and Partners.
- Facilitate executive-level meetings, strategy or business reviews as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Business Management or similar.
- 3-4 years of experience in Hospitality management, consulting, Hotel operations, or a similar support advisory role.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership is desirable.
