Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, IT, Industrial, or related field).
• Strong interest in process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting and standardizing project and process workflows across functions.
• Design and maintain MS Planner boards and SharePoint lists.
• Support in creating Power BI dashboards and reports for project tracking.
