Job description

Digital Marketing Executives to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Its major role in enhancing our multi-faceted brand, building awareness within the digital space and with the goal of improving brand recognition, coupled with the redesign and development of our company website, ecommerce platform and online ticketing sales.

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The digital marketing executives will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC and affiliate programs.
  • Managing marketing databases, email campaigns and social media channels
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in marketing, IT or a related business field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably multilingual with a strong preference for English/Arabic, other languages also considered.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, and managing database development, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Creative flare with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, Webtrends, MOZ, SEORush)
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
