In this role you will provide comprehensive nursing care to our patients while promoting overall wellness and preventive health strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized wellness plans that address their health needs
• Implement and monitor care plans ensuring accurate documentation of patient progress
• Provide patient education on health management, nutrition, wellness practices and lifestyle modifications
• Administer medications, treatments and wellness therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer integrated care that meets the diverse needs of patients
• Encourage and support patients in making healthy lifestyle choices to enhance their overall well‑being
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in the Wellness Center adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Experience in holistic care, wellness or preventive healthcare is preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical skills to effectively evaluate patient needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient education
