Core Skills We’re Looking For (Must-Have)

5+ years in DevOps product lifecycle and hands on with cluster management, Azure and AWS & CI/CD Experience (mandatory)

Responsibilities and Experience

• Strong experience deploying product updates, resolving production issues, and managing system integrations
• Strong knowledge of automation, configuration management, and infrastructure as code
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, and scripting automation
• Proficiency in Python scripting and additional scripting languages (Shell, Bash, etc.)
• Experience designing and building high-performance, large-scale applications/services
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes (requirements, design, development, testing, release)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, infrastructure, pipelines, and automation scripts
• Automate operational workflows to improve system reliability, efficiency, and scalability
• Experience developing software components to integrate with internal backend systems
• Software security principles and DevOps security best practices
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based environments
• Experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or G20, including:
• EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, VPC • Security Groups, ACLs, IAM
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, and security standards

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience in full-stack development for dashboarding and end-to-end automation
• Exposure to Perl or Unix Shell scripting
• Experience improving user experience based on customer feedback and system insights
