We are currently hiring for a Deputy Manager - Human Resources to serve as a Business Partner for the Clinics vertical at Aster DM Healthcare, UAE.

This role involves managing employee engagement activities across Aster & Access clinics in the UAE and supporting strategic programs for the business unit. Success in this role requires strong decision-making skills, a deep understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs across the business unit.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee surveys, exit interviews, pulse checks, and other engagement activities.
  • Develop and manage HR communication strategies and calendars in collaboration with HR experts, supporting outreach initiatives.
  • Communicate management updates on performance and disciplinary issues effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Interpret policies and communicate updates clearly, providing guidance on policy matters.
  • Contribute as a seasoned HR Generalist to HR processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, rewards programs, town halls, referral programs, and fostering an inclusive culture.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Develop long-term strategies and participate in initiatives to promote a culture of service excellence and employee engagement.
  • Plan and execute annual budgets, proposals, timelines, and creative initiatives to enhance employee engagement and culture.
  • Create employee recognition strategies, including reviewing and recommending departmental recognition programs.
  • Analyze key data to identify trends and develop new processes to keep employees informed of company initiatives and programs.
  • Collaborate across divisions, external stakeholders, and corporate entities to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Assess stakeholders to enable targeted and effective program implementation.
  • Design and deliver internal and external communication strategies, including internal staff communications and broader media engagement.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field (essential).
  • 5-7 years of experience in engagement and operations roles.
  • Strong business partnering skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
