You will offer leadership, inspiration and guidance to the staff and students of the Primary School such that all students achieve exceptional outcomes: academic, personal, social and pastoral. You will champion a culture of wellbeing, belonging and emotional safety ensuring that our school 6Cs (Compassion, Collaboration, Commitment, Creativity, Critical Thinking and Curiosity) are lived out daily across the community.
You will ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the Primary School, working effectively as a key member of the School Leadership Team and playing a major role in strategic planning. While you will contribute to all areas outlined in this job description you will have primary responsibility for one or two key strategic areas allocated flexibly based on your strengths and the needs of the school. You will offer inspirational and strategic leadership of the Primary School where integrity, inclusivity, care and respect lie at its core and where pastoral development is woven through the curriculum and wider school life. As a genuine team‑player you will work not only with the Nord Anglia Abu Dhabi Primary team but also with our regional and central teams to ensure the highest quality learning and pastoral experiences for every child supporting our vision to create a generation of resilient and creative global citizens who will change our world for the better.
