A leading hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to assist in the kitchen and uphold the hotel’s service standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, particularly in fast food or similar environments. Responsibilities include supporting the kitchen operations and ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic team environment.
When you work in Hawaii, in addition to learning about the functional aspects of running a hotel — like the proper way to make a bed or how to best handle luggage — it’s critically important to understand Hawaiian culture and the spirit of ‘ohana, or ‘family.’ When opening the first Andaz property in Hawaii, our team participated in Hawaiian culture training to help us understand what ‘ohana truly means.
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible to assist in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlet, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals.
Basic Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
Previous experience includes 1 year as a DCDP in fast food concept restaurant, amusement park, waterpark or theme park
