Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards, follow approved recipes, monitor raw materials, and prepare requisitions based on stock and business needs.
  • Supervise, inspire, and maintain the productivity, interest, and loyalty of kitchen staff, ensuring proper hygiene and adherence to standards.
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules, maintain equipment, enforce energy conservation, and comply with health, safety, fire, and HACCP procedures.
  • Monitor food presentation, taste, and quality to ensure consistent delivery to customers, including proper disposal of unwanted or expired items.
