Job Overview

The Delivery Driver ensures the timely and safe delivery of medications and medical supplies to patients and healthcare facilities. This role involves maintaining excellent customer service, adhering to all safety and compliance guidelines, and representing GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify delivery items, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging of medications.
• Deliver medications to patients and healthcare facilities promptly, following assigned routes and schedules.
<>Obtain proof of delivery and ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately.
• Adhere to all local traffic regulations and GluCare’s delivery protocols.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of medications to maintain their integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Follow all confidentiality guidelines related to patient information and medical records.
• Provide courteous and professional service to patients and healthcare professionals during deliveries.
• Address patient queries or concerns and escalated them to the appropriate team if necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Record delivery activity accurately, including mileage and fuel expenses.
