A leading automotive brand in the Middle East is seeking a Dealer Network Development Manager to oversee and grow its dealer footprint across Saudi Arabia. The role includes implementing network strategy, managing dealer performance, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards to support sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Saudi automotive market and must be fluent in both English and Arabic. Extensive travel within Saudi Arabia is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in dealer development or network management within the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi automotive retail market.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Able to work in KSA / Transferable Iqama.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

A leading automotive brand in the Middle East is seeking a Dealer Network Development Manager to oversee and grow its dealer footprint across Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for implementing the network strategy managing dealer performance and ensuring alignment with corporate standards to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.

1. Network Planning & Expansion
  • Identify target regions and opportunities for new dealer appointments
  • Lead market studies and feasibility analyses to support network growth
  • Oversee the end-to-end dealer appointment process including selection evaluation and contract negotiations
2. Dealer Performance Management
  • Monitor and evaluate dealer KPIs (sales service CSI facility standards)
  • Develop corrective action plans for underperforming dealers
  • Facilitate quarterly dealer business reviews
3. Facility Standards & Compliance
  • Ensure all dealer facilities comply with corporate identity (CI) and brand guidelines
  • Support implementation of new standards layouts and upgrades
  • Conduct periodic audits and operational assessments
4. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as the main liaison between dealers and internal departments (Sales After-sales Training Marketing)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training systems and process enhancements
5. Strategic Projects

  • Contribute to customer experience and digital retailing projects
  • Provide regular market insights and competitor benchmarking
Qualifications & Requirements
