Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry Customer Interaction & Technical Support

  • Accurately enter update and maintain data in internal systems spreadsheets and databases.
  • Organize control and archive documents ensuring proper naming version control and easy retrieval.
  • Maintain document registers logs and trackers for all files.
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy before filing or submission.
  • Support departments by retrieving records and documents when needed.
  • Follow document control procedures and ensure confidentiality of company information.
  • Identify and report missing incorrect or outdated information to supervisors for correction.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks related to documentation and data management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in administration information management or related field is a plus.
  • 02 years of experience in data entry document control or administrative roles.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
  • Accurate typing skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within established procedures.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
