To ensure accurate input, update, and maintain patient and clinic data within electronic systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Enter patient demographic, medical, and appointment data into clinic databases accurately and timely.

Update and maintain electronic and paper records to ensure completeness and correctness.

Verify data accuracy and report any discrepancies to supervisors.

Assist with generating reports and extracting data as needed for administrative use.

Support clinic staff by providing timely access to patient information.

Maintain confidentiality of patient data in compliance with privacy laws and clinic policies.

Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document organization.

Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate data flow.

Assist patients in scheduling appointments with their requested doctors as needed
