Customer Success Associate

Location: Dubai UAE

Role summary

As a key member of our regional team you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing client relationships across the financial services sector. Acting as a strategic business partner you’ll focus on client retention, upselling and cross‑selling Payoneer’s suite of solutions. This role requires a consultative approach, a deep understanding of our products and partner networks and the ability to identify new opportunities based on client needs and market trends.

What you’ll do
  • Manage existing client relationships with a consultative and strategic approach to drive retention, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Payoneer’s services and partner network to address client needs and drive value.
  • Consistently aim to exceed strategic and financial performance targets.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, marketing, partnerships, operations and product teams.
  • Share market insights including customer feedback, competitor analysis and local trends to inform internal strategy.
  • Support the development of Payoneer’s financial services capabilities and help shape and execute a regional go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to create and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.
Who you are
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Russian or French and Arabic.
  • 2 years of experience in customer success, business development or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand the business drivers that impact client performance.
  • Data‑oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment and anticipating future client and market needs.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
Bonus points
  • Experience in the payments or banking industry.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
