A leading automotive service provider in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Supervisor Customer Service. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, preferably in a Vehicle Testing Center, and possess excellent communication skills. This position is exclusively for GCC Nationals, reflecting our dedication to fostering local talent.

As we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale our growth, we currently have an amazing opportunity for a Supervisor Customer Service for Al Ghurair Motors (Vehicle Testing Centre) in UAE. The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring excellent service delivery, timely issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring performance, handling escalations, and implementing service improvement strategies.

What You’ll Do

Conduct daily meetings with the team to share the individual performance, RTA circular updates & legal requirement of registrations.

Clarifications & give solution for the customer queries effectively.

Planning & Scheduling of duty roster. Maintain Good Relationship with RTA employees.

Oversee all activities of E-Traffic & Reception Section to ensure excellent quality of service provided to the customers.

Guide & Supervise the E-Traffic team & Receptionist on the documentation process of registering the vehicle as per the RTA directives.

Ensure all KPIs in E-Traffic Section are achieved. Monitoring the attendance of E-traffic & reception staff.

Who You Are
  • A senior Customer Service Executive with 5+ years of experience, Preferably Vehicle Testing Center
  • Hold a Senior Secondary School degree or Equivalent diploma
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures. Proficient computer skills. Proficient standard office equipment skills. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
