Job summary

A major family business group in the Middle East is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain high standards of service and assist customers in a professional manner. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions per RTA guidelines, and managing the queue system effectively. A high school diploma is required. Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and deal cordially with customers.
  • Keep the counter uncluttered and clean while prioritizing work tasks.
  • Divert customers to VIP Service section for up-selling opportunities.
  • Greet and welcome customers upon arrival.
  • Clarify customer queries as needed.
  • Process transactions in compliance with RTA guidelines.
  • Achieve KPI of processing transactions with customer waiting time under 10 minutes.
  • Issue tokens for the queue management system as required.
