Ontime Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our aesthetic clinic team in Dubai. In this role you will be the first point of contact for clients ensuring they receive topquality service and support regarding our aesthetic treatments and services.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients to the clinic and assist them with inquiries about aesthetic procedures and services.
  • Manage client appointments ensuring efficient scheduling and followup.
  • Generate Leads / Call clients to sell and cross sell the aesthetic treatments and products
  • Address client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide detailed information about treatments products and postcare instructions.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials and service packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in the clinics database.
  • Conduct followup calls to clients after treatments to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the aesthetic industry.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive preferably in an aesthetic clinic or related field.
  • Indepth knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a clientoriented approach.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and scheduling tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
