Ontime Group is seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Customer Service Advisor with experience in an aesthetic clinic to join our Dubai team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and ensuring they receive the best possible care and information about our aesthetic services.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and support clients visiting the clinic or contacting us via phone or email.
  • Provide detailed information about aesthetic services, procedures, and products offered at the clinic.
  • Assist clients in scheduling appointments and managing their bookings effectively.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contact leads to generate business, cross-sell, and promote the services provided in the clinic.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointment details in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure seamless client experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest aesthetic trends and services to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor in an aesthetic clinic.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of aesthetic treatments and procedures is preferred.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
