About the role

The Crust Kitchen Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards. This role involves supervising junior staff, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting menu execution while contributing to a smooth, efficient, and productive kitchen operation.

What you will do
  1. Manage a designated kitchen section and ensure all food is prepared according to standard recipes and quality standards.
  2. Supervise and guide Commis I, Commis II, and Demi Chef de Partie assigned to the section.
  3. Monitor and maintain ingredient inventory, equipment, and supplies.
  4. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
  5. Assist in menu planning, portion control, and product development.
  6. Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to junior staff.
  7. Collaborate with other kitchen sections to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
  8. Perform other tasks assigned by the Sous Chef, Chef De Cuisine or Executive Chef.
What you bring
  • A minimum of at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.
  • Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations in a professional kitchen.
  • Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop junior kitchen staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to high food standards.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillli>
