About Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa. It is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Crisis Management Specialist to join the resort’s Security team.

Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of corporate crisis management, including emergency preparedness, response coordination, and recovery planning for “All-Hazards” events.
  • Maintain and manage confidential logs, generate reports, conduct statistical analyses, and deliver briefings and training sessions.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from diverse sources such as internal databases, security systems, interviews, and open-source intelligence.
  • Lead and coordinate projects, training modules, emergency preparedness drills, and technology interface evaluations.
  • Oversee the operational interface and administrative management of hotel safety button systems, ensuring accurate signal interpretation and timely response.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards through meticulous documentation and reporting.
  • Provide actionable intelligence to support data‑driven decision‑making during crisis events.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance safety protocols and crisis response strategies.
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles.
  • Prior exposure to corporate security or crisis management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
