What You’ll Do:

As a key member of the Creative Team, the Creative Designer will deliver high-quality, impactful design work that supports marketing and brand initiatives across multiple channels. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure creative output aligns with business objectives and brand standards.

The Creative Designer will play an important role in supporting brand growth across markets and will act as a creative point of contact for marketing teams. We are seeking a talented and innovative designer who can develop visually compelling content for both digital and print platforms, contributing to cohesive, effective, and engaging brand communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging visual designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements
  • Design marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, banners, and brand collateral
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all materials
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into creative assets
  • Support campaigns with creative concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling
  • Edit and enhance images, graphics, and videos as required
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design expertise
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design
  • Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience
  • UI UX design knowledge
  • Experience working with fintech, tech, or digital platforms
