A leading airline in the Middle East is seeking a Corporate Security Officer to oversee security operations at crew accommodation sites. In this role, you will manage third-party security services, respond to and document security incidents, and liaise with local authorities. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in aviation security or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. This position entails working shifts, including possible emergency coverage outside regular hours and aims to enhance security protocols across the organization.
The Corporate Security Officer plays a critical front‑line role in safeguarding Etihad Airways’ people, facilities, and accommodation environments -with a particular focus on crew accommodation security.
This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational oversight of security services, incident response, initial investigations, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external authorities. Acting as the key interface between on‑site security guards and Corporate Security management, the Officer ensures that security standards, procedures and response protocols are consistently applied across multiple locations.
The role requires sound judgement, calm decision‑making under pressure and a hands‑on operational mindset, including the ability to respond to incidents outside scheduled shifts when required.
