The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of corporate sales experience, a strong network of corporate clients in Dubai, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients (offices, coworking spaces, venues, large employers) across Dubai and the wider UAE.
- Manage and grow a high‑value portfolio of corporate accounts with a focus on retention and client satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Identify business opportunities and develop customized proposals tailored to client needs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Negotiate pricing and close long‑term service agreements with key stakeholders.
Product Expertise & Consultation
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on corporate F&B solutions: coffee machines, beverage subscriptions, meal plans, catering, and vending systems.
- Recommend the best‑fit solutions based on client usage, preferences, and budgets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with HR, Admin, Facilities, Finance, and other decision‑makers.
- Deliver excellent after‑sales support, conduct periodic check‑ins, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new innovations within the corporate F&B sector.
- Share insights to enhance offerings and identify new growth opportunities.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance forecasts to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to drive strategy and optimize performance.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of corporate sales experience in F&B, coffee solutions, catering, vending, or meal plans.
- Strong UAE corporate client network, preferably in Dubai.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
