Corporate HSE Advisor

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate HSE Advisor to support our global operations in the construction and engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of relevant experience in Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) management, with a focus on HSE systems and procedures. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence and drive continuous improvements across various projects and business units internationally.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert HSE advice to corporate and project teams.
  • Support risk assessments, compliance guidance, and HSSE improvements during project phases.
  • Mentor and develop HSE trainees, enhancing team knowledge and skills.
  • Conduct HSE audits and monitor compliance with industry regulations.
  • Lead investigations on HSSE incidents and propose corrective actions.
  • Foster HSSE culture through leadership and behavior-based safety programs.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure HSSE standards are upheld across projects.
  • Experience working in Japan is nice to have but not mandatory.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE roles, with a strong background in HSE systems, programs, and personnel management.
  • Internationally recognized qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Proven experience in conducting root cause analysis and incident investigations.
  • Experience in supporting corporate project teams and managing HSE compliance and risks.
  • Experience working in Japan is nice to have but not mandatory.
