Our client, a prestigious Legal 500-rated mid-sized law firm, is seeking an ambitious Corporate Commercial Partner or Counsel with partnership potential to join their expanding team. Operating across key Gulf jurisdictions and beyond, the firm is renowned for its high-calibre partners and associates, many of whom bring experience from top-tier international law firms.

The firm’s Corporate Commercial Department is poised for significant growth, and this role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in its development. The team advises on a diverse range of non-contentious matters, including:

Establishing and setting up operations of regulated businesses in the DIFC.

License applications including those in the DIFC

Shareholder, Distribution and franchise agreements

Establishment of Funds and associated related regulatory and compliance

Joint ventures

Mergers and Acquisitions

Domestic and multi-jurisdictional restructuring

Private equity

Private placements

Structuring investments across the UAE and GCC

Establishment of investment vehicles and complex investment structures

Liquidations within the DIFC
