As we expand our footprint in Dubai, we are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Corporate Chef to lead our culinary operations in this vibrant market.

About the Role

The Corporate Chef – Dubai will play a crucial role in establishing Macphie's presence in the culinary landscape of the region. In this position, you will be the face of our culinary innovation and product development efforts, working closely with clients, culinary teams, and sales representatives to deliver outstanding culinary solutions that meet market needs and consumer trends. Your primary responsibility will be to create, refine, and present a range of dishes using Macphie's products, showcasing their versatility and application in both commercial and gastronomic settings. By collaborating with local chefs and food service partners, you will promote our brand, provide training, and ensure the successful integration of our products into their menus. This role requires frequent interaction with clients, and you will have a handson approach to cooking and menu development. Additionally, you will lead workshops, demonstrations, and culinary events that highlight our innovative products, fostering strong partnerships within the food service community. Travel: Occasional travel within the region will be required to support our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Relationship Building: Develop and maintain trusted culinary partnerships across Food Service, Bakery, Distributor, and QSR sectors.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, supporting sales and marketing teams to expand our customer base and secure new contracts.
  • Product Development & Innovation: Collaborate with R&D to design and test new culinary applications that highlight ingredient functionality and market trends.
  • Product Showcasing: Lead engaging customer presentations, trade shows, and internal tastings to highlight the unique benefits of our ingredients.
  • Market Insight: Track and interpret global and regional culinary trends, sharing insights to inform innovation and positioning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with commercial and marketing teams to create inspiring content (videos, recipes, presentations) and provide training on culinary applications.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: AED 210,000 – 250,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Annual Leave: 30 calendar days per year + official UAE public holidays

Qualifications and Experience
  • Culinary Expertise: Extensive experience as a chef, preferably in a corporate/executive or food manufacturing and development environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute culinary concepts that engage and excite customers.
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and food presentation styles.
  • Product Development: Experience working with food ingredients and developing new recipes that highlight product applications.
  • Creativity in designing menus and dishes that align with current food trends and consumer preferences.
  • Client Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, chefs, and team members.
  • A customer‑focused approach with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
  • Training & Leadership: Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or culinary demonstrations.
  • Ability to lead and inspire kitchen teams and culinary partners.
  • Market Insight: Knowledge of the Dubai food scene, including local ingredients, cuisine trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Ability to conduct market research to inform product development and promotional strategies.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional kitchen experience, including time spent in a senior chef role.
  • Experience in a corporate environment is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
