Job Description
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE To consistently deliver high-quality service to flydubai passengers in check-in, boarding, special services, transfer, and arrivals, ensuring smooth and efficient passenger processing throughout all stages and provide assistance in overseeing ground handling. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors the economy product on a rotating basis, at Check-In, Departures, Transfer Desk or Arrivals. Sets up check-in area and ensure correct allocation of desks, manpower and other resources for economy passengers. Monitors passenger flow and queue times, providing assistance and adjusting desk allocation as required. Ensures proper enforcement of flight opening/closure times, baggage policies, Credit Checks and documentation requirements. Provides assistance and information to passengers and relevant stakeholders as necessary. Ensures the timely commencement and close out of boarding process to ensure on-time performance. Assists passengers through security, immigration and transfer areas offering assistance with baggage and flight connections as required. Ensures safe and secure passenger embarkation and disembarkation processes and monitor turn-round handling and baggage handling activities within company/regulatory safety and security guidelines. Assist passenger arrivals and baggage reclaim process and offer any assistance as necessary. Liaise with all stakeholders and assist passengers in case of delays or disruption. Implements company policies, processes and procedures. Pattern: Variable ( 4-On 4-Off/5-On 2-Off) QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma Fluent in English (other languages an advantage) Minimum of 2 years experience working in airline operations is desirable 2 - 4 years COMPETENCIES Customer Focus Teamwork Effective Communication Personal Accountability & Commitment to achieve Resilience & Flexibility (Can do attitude) ISR REQUIREMENTS Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
