The ideal candidate will ensure a clean workstation, monitor food storage temperatures, and keep accurate records as required. The role demands attention to detail and hygiene compliance, making it essential for maintaining the standards expected in a hospital setting.
Responsible for cooking meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products. To prepare portion food products prior to cooking. Perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu items.
