Position: Conversion Sales Agent with German

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + Commission and Full Relocation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote the company's products and service
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a conversion-focused role within a similar industry or environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Ability to influence and persuade others, with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively.
• The goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets, motivated by performance metrics and driven to deliver results.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic sales environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high‑quality leads into long‑lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous phone‑based sales experience, from FX industry, is a MUST!
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Availability to start/join with the short notice
