Responsibilities
  • Client & Partner Communication: Liaise effectively with clients, global network offices, and shipping lines to negotiate and secure competitive freight rates.
  • Pricing Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of air and sea freight pricing structures aligned with Incoterms.
  • Tender Management: Manage tender platforms for Aid & Relief logistics, including quoting, bid submissions, and securing new business.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through digital platforms and industry networks.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records and reports for RFQs, QBRs, and MBRs.
  • Business Development: Demonstrate a proactive, growth-oriented mindset focused on generating and expanding business.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities for internal coordination and client engagement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Commercial Acumen: Possess a solid understanding of commercial terms and conditions per Incoterms, ensuring accurate and profitable pricing.
