Qualifications

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide strategic leadership in end-to-end contract management for assigned spend categories

  • Lead negotiations and drafting of complex, high-value contracts

  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and ESG standards

  • Oversee post-award contract administration, performance monitoring, and dispute resolution

  • Implement risk management strategies and drive cost optimization initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations


Key Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field

  • 5–10+ years of experience in contract management within Manufacturing, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectors

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation, and commercial terms

  • Experience handling large spend categories and high-value contracts

  • Professional certifications (CCCM / CPCM) are an added advantage
