Contracts Administrator - Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support EPC project delivery across the MENA region. This role is responsible for managing commercial and contractual obligations, ensuring compliance, supporting project teams, and helping drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts throughout the full project lifecycle across MENA.
  • Support negotiation of contractual terms and manage variations, claims, and payment schedules.
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and track milestones, KPIs, and project progress.
  • Liaise with internal teams (project management, engineering, procurement) to resolve contract-related matters.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Support procurement activities and subcontractor engagements.
  • Identify commercial risks and assist with mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare reports and attend client meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Contract Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in EPC project environments (MENA experience preferred).
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts/projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration, budgets, and project delivery processes.
