Job summary

A leading technology company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to manage the entire lifecycle of contracts. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in contract management and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. This role will involve drafting, negotiating, and monitoring contracts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in contract management and/or business proposal pricing preparation.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems or software.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review contracts across various verticals and scales.
  • Provide essential contract management services.
  • Perform periodic reviews of the contracts in place.
  • Establish a contract management system.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on the status of the contracts.

Skills

Fluency in English and Arabic
Comprehensive experience in contract administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration or related field
