Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support contract administration for Oil & Gas EPC projects. The successful candidate will manage post-award contract requirements, prepare claims, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with ADNOC projects. Strong skills in Primavera P6 and MS Office tools are essential.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction/EPC companies.
  • Prior ADNOC project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer post-award contract requirements in alignment with project scope.
  • Prepare Delay Event Notification Letters and claims.
  • Perform productivity and delay analysis using Primavera P6.
  • Prepare contractual correspondence and documentation.
  • Support subcontracting activities for Mechanical and E&I works.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive contractual records and logs.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Contracts Administrator to support the post-award contract administration activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects. The successful candidate will ensure effective contract management, claims preparation, and timely project execution while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
  • 5–8 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction/EPC companies.
  • Prior ADNOC project experience is preferred.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Administer post-award contract requirements in alignment with project scope.
  • Prepare Delay Event Notification Letters, EOT (Extention of time) claims, prolongation claims, and disruption claims.
  • Perform productivity and delay analysis using Primavera P6.
  • Prepare contractual correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Support subcontracting activities for Mechanical and E&I works.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive contractual records and logs.
Technical Competencies
  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas construction contracts.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, Word, and Primavera P6.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical & E&I contracting processes.
